Hugh Jones, owner
Hugh Jones was born and raised in Murfreesboro, TN, where he learned many of the hands-on skills of property management by helping his father build their family home from the ground up. He is a licensed realtor and principle broker of our firm, a member of the Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors, and he has a business administration degree from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville. Hugh has 12 years experience in print sales, and 13 years experience as a newspaper publisher. He successfully ran two newspaper operations in Middle Tennessee simultaneously with more than 50 employees. It has been a rewarding journey turning all of his years of experience into owning and operating his own property management business with his wife of 23 years, Gina.
Gina Jones, owner
Gina helps keep operations running smoothly at RPM Rental Solutions as office manager, with a keen sense for organization and efficiency. With a masters degree in mass communications from Middle Tennessee State University and more than 25 years of experience in graphics, publishing and communications, she is also our marketing specialist for promoting rental properties. She has worked for Schroeder Publishing, Ingram Book Company, Tennessee Bar Association, as an adjunct professor at MTSU, and as a freelance graphic designer, editor and book publisher. Hugh and Gina have three children.
Chrissy Plack, Customer Service
Chrissy Plack is the voice you hear when you call into our office so warm and welcoming! She handles all manner of customer service needs for RPM Rental Solutions. Chrissy grew up in northern Illinois, but has lived all over the country as her family is active duty military. She moved to Murfreesboro in 2018 when her husband was stationed here at MTSU as part of the ROTC program. She graduated from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale with a degree in business management. Over the years Chrissy developed her skills in being a “Social Butterfly” by learning to adapt and overcome just about any situation with the experience the Army lifestyle has thrown at her and her family. She and her husband have one son, Aiden. Her interests are football, coaching baseball for her son’s team, and spending time with her family.
