Hugh Jones, Owner/Broker/Realtor

Hugh Jones was born and raised in Murfreesboro, TN, where he learned many of the hands-on skills of property management by helping his father build their family home from the ground up. He is a licensed realtor and principle broker of our firm, a member of the Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors (MTAR), a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), and he has a business administration degree from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville. Hugh has 12 years experience in print sales, and 13 years experience as a newspaper publisher. He successfully ran two newspaper operations in Middle Tennessee simultaneously with more than 50 employees. It has been a rewarding journey turning all of his years of experience into owning and operating his own property management business in Murfreesboro with his wife of 25 years, Gina.

Gina Jones, Owner

Gina helps keep operations running smoothly at RPM Rental Solutions with a keen sense for organization and efficiency. With a masters degree in mass communications from Middle Tennessee State University and more than 25 years of experience in graphics, publishing and communications, she is also our marketing specialist for promoting rental properties. She has worked for Schroeder Publishing, Ingram Book Company, Tennessee Bar Association, as an adjunct professor at MTSU, and as a freelance graphic designer, editor and book publisher. Hugh and Gina have three children.

Chrissy Plack, Tenant Liaison

Chrissy Plack is our wonderful tenant liaison, leasing and customer service specialist! Chrissy grew up in northern Illinois, but has lived all over the country when her family was active duty military. She moved to Murfreesboro in 2018 when her husband was stationed here and they have decided to keep Murfreesboro as their home. She graduated from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale with a degree in business management. Over the years Chrissy learned to adapt and overcome just about any situation with the experience the Army lifestyle has thrown at her and her family. She and her husband have one son, Aiden. Her interests are football, coaching baseball for her son’s team, and spending time with her family.

Maggie Walter, Realtor/Property Manager

Maggie, originally a California girl, moved to Murfreesboro with her husband and son, and they are thrilled to call Tennessee their home. Maggie’s extensive background in sales soon turned into a career in Real Estate and Property Management, serving investors and clients in helping to build and nurture their portfolio. She takes pride in client satisfaction and loves working in all spectrums of the real estate market, from first time home buyers to long term seasoned investors. As a dedicated Realtor and Property Manager, Maggie is here to help and walk step by step with you through your Real Estate journey.

Mindy Lee Tracy, Property Manager

Mindy has loved working in property management in Murfreesboro for over 14 years, and has vast experience in all aspects of the business. She uses her keen organization skills to help keep our processes running smoothly, from move in to move out. She strives to provide as much satisfaction and appreciation as possible to both owners and tenants alike. Originally from Arizona, Mindy has lived in Tennessee for 26 years. She has 2 sons, and is a “Nana” to three grandbabies, Miles, Annie, and Callie. In her spare time, you will find her riding her horse or swimming, and always outside enjoying the sun.

Ariane Raines, Property Manager

Ariane, a Nashville native and graduate of MTSU, joined our team with a big smile and over 20 years of operations and customer service management. She loves traveling, writing, reading, and watching documentaries. She is the proud mother of two sons; Caleb and Grant and enjoys life each day! With her big smile and great attitude, she has property management under control!

David Andrew, Customer Service

Born and raised in Johannesburg, South Africa, but now living in Mexico with his wife and two children, David is often the friendly voice you hear when you call into our office. After accepting a life-changing offer to work on cruise ships, David has worked in many different sectors including I.T., customer service, teaching English and property management. David helps our team with many different customer service roles from answering the phone, to assisting in areas of accounting, maintenance, property inspection management, and tenant communication. David is fluent in both English and Spanish and is a sports enthusiast. He loves spending time outdoors with his family on weekends.

Austin Hoback, Maintenance Manager

Austin joined the RPM Team in September 2025 to manage our maintenance department. With a degree from MTSU and many years of varied experience, particularly in electrical, Austin also has a unique perspective as an owner of a rental property RPM has managed. He is very active at his church, including helping every year as a summer camp counselor. He loves spending time with his wife and two young sons.

Jim Dixon, Maintenance 

Jim joined our maintenance department in the Summer of 2024 and has great experience as a licensed electrician and handyman. He has lots of interesting stories, including from his time living in Washington state and owning his own pizzeria. He loves offering 5-star service to our residents for all their maintenance needs and helping make their house a home.

Keith Gimmy, Maintenance 

Keith has been working in property management since 2021, helping folks keep their homes in good shape and running the way they should. With a background that includes some time in the military, he’s known for being dependable and easy to work with. Outside of work, Keith is passionate about outdoor cooking and founded the Que-Munity BBQ Club, a local group built around bringing people together and building community through BBQ.
